This folder contains original documents that can be amended.
Use OpenOffice or LibreOffice in preference to Microsoft Office. This is because they are free of cost and available for all operating systems. Do not use Frontpage or similar programs that save files in a format that cannot be edited without the specific(and often expensive) program.
Each version must be saved as a new file. If possible save the edited file with a new name (eg include the date) in both OpenOffice and Microsoft Office format.
Files must be exported as PDF files before general release.
Copy files back to the server using the 'Upload.php' feature in this directory.
